Crustal AB has agreed to join Archelon Natural Resources AB (ANR) as part of a broader reboot — a clear new start for Archelon. Through the transaction, Crustal’s exploration licences are rolled into ANR’s group structure, strengthening the company’s regional footprint and creating a unified platform to advance the entire portfolio.
Crustal AB has agreed to join Archelon Natural Resources AB (ANR) as part of a broader reboot — a clear new start for Archelon. Through the transaction, Crustal’s exploration licences are rolled into ANR’s group structure, strengthening the company’s regional footprint and creating a unified platform to advance the entire portfolio.
As part of this reset, Crustal’s founder, Filip Manneberg Kozlowski, is intended to become CEO of ANR and will lead execution from within ANR. Following completion, operational work will be conducted by ANR; Crustal will not run separate work programs. In parallel, ANR strengthens its board with complementary expertise: Ola Lidström brings deep capital markets law and governance experience; Johannes Holzäpfel adds a strong exploration track record from copper and gold systems in Europe and beyond; and Oscar Scheja contributes commercial insight from physical metals trading and logistics.
The transaction is accompanied by a private placement of approximately 7 MSEK to new Swedish and international professional investors, aligning capital with the refreshed strategy. The package is inter-conditional and remains subject to customary approvals, including Sweden’s FDI screening. Further updates will be communicated by ANR as milestones are completed.
